Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz chicken sausage fully cooked, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 0.5 red onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Add sliced sausage and vegetables to a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place mixture in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry at 400°F (204°C) for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway.

Notes

Use pre-cooked chicken sausage for best results.
