Fish
  • 4 white fish fillets
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Season fish and prepare crumb mixture.
  2. Dip fish in egg, then coat with parmesan crumbs.
  3. Pan-fry 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
