Method
- Mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a sticky dough forms. Knead lightly on floured surface.
- Divide dough into 4–6 pieces. Shape each into a ball and poke a hole to form bagels.
- Brush bagels with beaten egg and add optional toppings.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place bagels in basket, cook 8–10 minutes flipping halfway.
- Cool slightly before slicing. Serve with cream cheese or toppings of choice.
Notes
Bagels keep soft for 2–3 days in airtight container. Freeze for longer storage.
