Ingredients
  

Bagel Dough
  • 1 cup self-rising flour or gluten-free self-rising flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, full-fat
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • Optional toppings sesame seeds, poppy seeds, everything bagel seasoning

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Air fryer
  • Whisk or brush for egg wash
  • Floured surface

Method
 

  1. Mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a sticky dough forms. Knead lightly on floured surface.
  2. Divide dough into 4–6 pieces. Shape each into a ball and poke a hole to form bagels.
  3. Brush bagels with beaten egg and add optional toppings.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place bagels in basket, cook 8–10 minutes flipping halfway.
  5. Cool slightly before slicing. Serve with cream cheese or toppings of choice.

Notes

Bagels keep soft for 2–3 days in airtight container. Freeze for longer storage.
