Method
 

  1. Blend bananas, eggs, and oats until smooth.
  2. Heat lightly greased skillet over medium-low heat.
  3. Pour batter into small pancakes and cook 2–3 minutes.
  4. Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden.

Notes

Cook on medium-low heat for best texture and to prevent burning.
