  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 6-inch cake pan.
  2. Whisk yogurt and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add cornstarch and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour into pan and bake for 35–40 minutes until set.
  5. Cool completely before slicing; chill for best texture.

Notes

Chilling improves texture significantly. Add vanilla or lemon zest for flavor variations.
