  • 1 cup natural peanut butter no added sugar
  • 0.5 cup powdered keto sweetener
  • 1 egg large

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix peanut butter, sweetener, and egg until smooth.
  3. Roll into balls and place on baking sheet.
  4. Press with fork to create crisscross pattern.
  5. Bake 8–10 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  6. Cool before serving.

Notes

Do not overbake; cookies firm up as they cool.
