Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 6 cups chicken broth low sodium

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and turmeric in olive oil.
  2. Add carrots and chicken and stir to coat.
  3. Pour in broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add cauliflower and cook until tender.

Add lemon juice before serving for brightness.
