Ingredients
  

Jerky
  • 1.5 lb lean beef top round or eye of round
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Sharp knife

Method
 

  1. Slice beef thin and trim excess fat.
  2. Marinate beef for at least 4 hours.
  3. Pat beef dry and arrange in air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry at 160°F for 60–90 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Cool completely before storing.

Notes

Jerky will firm up as it cools.
