- Season chicken with olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
- Toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place chicken on one side of air fryer basket and vegetables on the other.
- Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 15–18 minutes, flipping chicken halfway.
- Check chicken for doneness at 165°F internal temperature.
- Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Add potatoes for a heartier meal; cook 8 minutes first before adding chicken.
