Base
  • 4 links fully cooked chicken sausage
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium zucchini sliced
  • 0.5 red onion sliced
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Slice sausage and vegetables.
  3. Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  4. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Serve warm with optional lemon or Parmesan.
