Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb chicken wings split
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder aluminum-free
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
  2. Toss wings with olive oil in a large bowl.
  3. Mix seasonings and baking powder, then coat wings evenly.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  5. Air fry wings for 12 minutes, then flip.
  6. Increase temperature to 400°F and cook 10–12 more minutes until crispy.

Notes

Serve plain or toss with favorite sauce.
