  • 2 pounds chicken wings split into flats and drumettes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce or preferred sauce optional, for tossing

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. Toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange wings in a single layer in the basket. Cook in batches if needed.
  5. Air fry for 18–20 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through.
  6. Check for internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Toss with sauce if desired and serve immediately.
