Ingredients
  

Crispy Onions
  • 2 yellow onions thinly sliced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Thinly slice onions and separate into rings.
  2. Prepare flour, egg, and breadcrumb stations.
  3. Coat onions in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Arrange onions in a single layer and spray lightly with oil.
  6. Air fry for 6 minutes, flip, then cook 4–6 minutes until crispy.
  7. Cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

Cook in batches for best crispiness.
