- Pat steak dry and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
- Place steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway, until desired doneness.
- Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Toss cooked steak bites in garlic butter and garnish with parsley.
