Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb steak sirloin or ribeye, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Small skillet

Method
 

  1. Pat steak dry and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
  3. Place steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway, until desired doneness.
  5. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  6. Toss cooked steak bites in garlic butter and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Best served immediately for maximum juiciness.
