Ingredients

Steak Bites
  • 1.5 lbs ribeye or sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional
Garlic Butter
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Small saucepan
  • Tongs

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Toss steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange steak cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  5. Cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until desired doneness is reached.
  6. While steak cooks, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Remove steak bites from the air fryer and immediately toss in the warm garlic butter.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the basket. Cook in batches if necessary. Use a meat thermometer for precise doneness.
