- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and place in a mixing bowl.
- Toss steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes until evenly coated.
- Arrange steak cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until desired doneness is reached.
- While steak cooks, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove steak bites from the air fryer and immediately toss in the warm garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, do not overcrowd the basket. Cook in batches if necessary. Use a meat thermometer for precise doneness.
