Chicken
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts halved horizontally
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Assembly
  • 4 brioche buns
  • dill pickle slices

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce.
  2. Mix flour and spices for coating.
  3. Coat chicken thoroughly.
  4. Air fry at 375°F for 16–18 minutes flipping halfway.
  5. Assemble sandwich with sauce and pickles.

Notes

Adjust cayenne for desired heat level. Double dredge for extra crunch.
