Ingredients
  

  • 2 ribeye or New York strip steaks 1–1½ inches thick
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Bring steaks to room temperature and pat dry.
  2. Rub steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Cook steaks 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway, until desired doneness.
  5. Mix butter, garlic, and parsley in a bowl.
  6. Top hot steaks with garlic butter and rest 5 minutes before serving.
