- Wash, peel, and cut the sweet potatoes into evenly sized thin fries.
- Soak the cut fries in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain and dry the fries thoroughly with paper towels.
- Toss the fries with olive oil, cornstarch, and seasonings until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking.
- Increase temperature to 400°F (204°C) and cook 3–5 more minutes until crispy and golden.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
