Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese optional
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
  • to taste salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
  2. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Brush mixture evenly over tortillas and sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
  4. Slice tortillas into wedges or strips.
  5. Place tortilla pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook 4–6 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve immediately with marinara or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Adjust cook time depending on air fryer model and tortilla thickness.
