Ingredients
  

Tortellini Bake
  • 20 oz cheese tortellini refrigerated or frozen
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions and drain.
  2. Melt butter, add garlic, then stir in cream and cream cheese.
  3. Add Parmesan and seasonings; simmer until smooth.
  4. Toss tortellini with sauce and transfer to baking dish.
  5. Top with mozzarella and bake until bubbly.

Notes

Add cooked chicken or spinach for a heartier meal.
