- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish.
- Mix rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and maple syrup together.
- Combine the wet mixture with the oats and stir well.
- Fold in diced apples and spread mixture evenly in the dish.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until set and golden.
- Cool 5–10 minutes before serving with maple syrup or warm milk.
Notes
Add raisins or pecans for extra flavor. Stores beautifully for meal prep.
