- Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, and toss with sesame oil.
- Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking apart as it cooks.
- Add onion, garlic, and ginger; cook 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in carrots and bell peppers; cook 2–3 minutes.
- Pour in sauce and add cooked noodles; toss well to coat and heat through.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Double the sauce if you prefer extra-coated noodles. Great for meal prep and easy to reheat.
