Ingredients
  

Beef Patties
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
Slider Assembly
  • 12 pretzel slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese halved
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and cut
  • pickles optional
  • onions optional
Special Sauce (Optional)
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon until crispy and cut into slider-sized pieces.
  2. Combine ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; mix gently.
  3. Shape beef into 12 thin patties slightly larger than the buns.
  4. Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side.
  5. Add cheddar slices to patties and cover pan to melt.
  6. Warm pretzel buns in the oven at 300°F for 3–4 minutes.
  7. Assemble sliders with patties, bacon, pickles/onions, and optional sauce.
  8. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

Add jalapeños or BBQ sauce for a flavor twist.
