Method
- Cook bacon until crispy and cut into slider-sized pieces.
- Combine ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; mix gently.
- Shape beef into 12 thin patties slightly larger than the buns.
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side.
- Add cheddar slices to patties and cover pan to melt.
- Warm pretzel buns in the oven at 300°F for 3–4 minutes.
- Assemble sliders with patties, bacon, pickles/onions, and optional sauce.
- Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
Add jalapeños or BBQ sauce for a flavor twist.
