Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 lbs chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Hot Honey Glaze
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare baking sheet.
  2. Coat chicken in flour, egg, and seasoned panko.
  3. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  4. Heat honey, hot sauce, butter, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
  5. Drizzle hot honey over baked chicken and serve.

Notes

For extra crispiness, bake on a wire rack and avoid overcrowding the pan.
