Ingredients
  

Potato Base
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Feta Bake
  • 7 oz feta cheese block
  • 4 cloves garlic whole
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh

Equipment

  • Baking dish
  • Mixing spoon
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place feta block and garlic in baking dish.
  4. Bake 40–45 minutes until potatoes are golden.
  5. Mash feta and toss with potatoes. Finish with lemon juice.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture.
