- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Pat salmon fillets dry, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake salmon for 12–15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and Dijon mustard; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in chopped dill and remove sauce from heat.
- Serve baked salmon fillets with sauce spooned over the top and garnish with lemon slices.
