Chicken
  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast cut into pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Prepare breading station with eggs and dry ingredients.
  3. Coat chicken pieces in egg, then flour mixture.
  4. Fry chicken until golden and cooked through.

  6. Toss chicken with sauce and assemble bowls.
