Method
- Pat shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Coat shrimp in cornstarch, dip in egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes or bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12–15 minutes, until crispy.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice.
- Toss cooked shrimp in sauce just before serving. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Adjust spice by adding more or less sriracha. Best served immediately for maximum crunch.
