Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 lb raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha to taste
  • 1 tsp lime juice optional
Garnish
  • chopped green onions for garnish
  • sesame seeds optional

Equipment

  • Air fryer or oven
  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Pat shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Coat shrimp in cornstarch, dip in egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes or bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12–15 minutes, until crispy.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice.
  5. Toss cooked shrimp in sauce just before serving. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Adjust spice by adding more or less sriracha. Best served immediately for maximum crunch.
