  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika smoked or sweet
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder optional
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped, for garnish

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing bowl
  • Tongs or spatula

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges and soak in cold water for 20–30 minutes to remove starch.
  3. Drain and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  4. Toss wedges in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
  5. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Flip wedges and bake another 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes
