Ingredients
  

BBQ Chicken
  • 2 cups shredded chicken cooked
  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
Coleslaw
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sugar or honey
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp green onions sliced
Wraps
  • 4 tortillas large flour
  • optional add-ins avocado, cilantro, cheddar, jalapeƱos

Method
 

  1. Heat shredded chicken with BBQ sauce, honey, smoked paprika, and garlic powder until warmed and coated.
  2. Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, lime juice, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss with coleslaw mix and green onions.
  3. Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
  4. Layer coleslaw and BBQ chicken in each tortilla, adding optional toppings.
  5. Roll tightly and slice in half. Serve immediately.

Notes

Assemble only before serving for best texture. Add cheese or avocado for extra richness.
