Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in salt, pepper, paprika, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish.
- Layer half of the frozen fries in casserole dish, then half the beef mixture, and 1 cup cheese. Repeat layers.
- Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and fries are golden.
- Garnish as desired and serve warm.

Assemble ahead and refrigerate or freeze for convenient baking.
