Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Combine flour, sugar, salt, and butter until crumbly. Press into the pan to form the crust.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until lightly golden, then set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in chopped pecans and pour over baked crust.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the filling is set and golden.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
For neat cuts, chill bars before slicing. Store in airtight container for up to 5 days.
