Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix breadcrumbs and milk in a large bowl; let soak 1–2 minutes.
- Add egg, Parmesan, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
- Add ground beef and mix just until combined.
- Roll into 1½-inch meatballs and place on baking sheet.
- Brush lightly with olive oil and bake 18–22 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
For extra browning, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end if desired.
