Jam Base
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp dried culinary lavender

Method
 

  1. Simmer blueberries with lemon juice and zest until berries burst.
  2. Stir in honey and continue simmering.
