Method
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the skillet. Add mushrooms and sauté until browned, then add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape skillet. Add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
- Add Boursin cheese and stir until fully melted into a creamy sauce.
- Return chicken to skillet and simmer 6–8 minutes until cooked through and sauce thickens.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
