Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Vegetables
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 5.2 oz Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in the skillet. Add mushrooms and sauté until browned, then add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and scrape skillet. Add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  5. Add Boursin cheese and stir until fully melted into a creamy sauce.
  6. Return chicken to skillet and simmer 6–8 minutes until cooked through and sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Serve over potatoes, pasta, or rice for a full meal.
