Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 0.5 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips optional
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Add rolled oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt to a jar or container.
  2. Pour in milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
  6. Stir before serving and add more milk if needed.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and thickness to taste. Can be warmed slightly before serving.
