Method
- Add rolled oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt to a jar or container.
- Pour in milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until fully combined and smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
- Stir before serving and add more milk if needed.
Notes
Adjust sweetness and thickness to taste. Can be warmed slightly before serving.
