Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb chicken boneless, cut into pieces
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices.
  2. Brown chicken and set aside.
  3. Cook onions, garlic, and ginger in butter.
  4. Add tomato puree and spices; simmer.
  5. Stir in cream and chicken; cook until done.

Notes

Serve with naan or basmati rice.
