Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups whipped cream folded in
  • 3 Butterfinger candy bars crushed
Topping
  • to taste crushed Butterfinger candy
  • to taste chocolate or caramel sauce optional drizzle

Method
 

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into a 9-inch pie dish and chill 10–15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped cream and 3 crushed Butterfinger bars.
  4. Pour filling into crust and smooth top; sprinkle additional crushed Butterfinger on top.
  5. Refrigerate at least 2–3 hours or overnight until firm.
  6. Slice and serve chilled, optionally drizzled with chocolate or caramel sauce.

Notes

Pie can be made a day in advance; store refrigerated.
