Pasta & Sauce
  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated

Method
 

  1. Cook rigatoni until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Season and sear steak tips until browned.
  3. Prepare creamy parmesan sauce in the same skillet.
