Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Equipment

  • Skillet or slow cooker
  • Knife
  • Serving toothpicks

Method
 

  1. Slice kielbasa into bite-size rounds.
  2. Heat brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and honey in a skillet until melted.
  3. Add kielbasa and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Simmer until glaze thickens and kielbasa is caramelized.
  5. Serve warm with toothpicks.

Can also be made in a slow cooker for parties.
