Ingredients
  

Kielbasa Bites
  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • chopped parsley or green onions optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  3. Toss kielbasa slices in the glaze until fully coated and place evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake 20–25 minutes, turning halfway, until caramelized and sticky.
  5. Cool slightly, transfer to a serving platter, and garnish with parsley or green onions.

Notes

Adjust honey and brown sugar for desired sweetness. Can be served warm or at room temperature.
