Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Toss kielbasa slices in the glaze until fully coated and place evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 20–25 minutes, turning halfway, until caramelized and sticky.
- Cool slightly, transfer to a serving platter, and garnish with parsley or green onions.
Notes
Adjust honey and brown sugar for desired sweetness. Can be served warm or at room temperature.
