Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
Apple Layer
  • 1 cup fresh apples finely diced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Topping
  • 0.33 cup caramel sauce

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in powdered sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  3. Toss apples with lemon juice and fold into cheesecake mixture.
  4. Transfer dip to serving bowl and drizzle with caramel.

Notes

Add caramel just before serving for best presentation.
