  • 2 cucumbers

  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Use a vegetable peeler to create carrot ribbons.
  2. Use the peeler to create cucumber ribbons.
  3. Whisk dressing ingredients together.
  4. Toss ribbons gently with dressing.
  5. Garnish with herbs and sesame seeds before serving.

Best served fresh. Keep dressing separate if making ahead.
