  • 1 black tea bag
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cardamom pods lightly crushed

  • 0.5 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract optional

Method
 

  1. Combine coconut milk and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add spices and bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Add tea and steep 5–7 minutes.

Notes

Use full-fat coconut milk for best texture. Adjust sweetness and spice to preference.
