Method
- Heat water until hot but not boiling.
- Place chamomile flowers and lavender buds into a tea infuser or mug.
- Pour hot water over the herbs and cover.
- Steep for 5–7 minutes.
- Remove herbs or strain the tea.
- Stir in honey until dissolved.
- Add lemon juice and warm milk if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy before bedtime.
