Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
- Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in mixed vegetables, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Combine Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix, milk, melted butter, and shredded cheddar cheese until dough forms.
- Spread beef mixture in baking dish. Dollop biscuit topping over beef and spread gently.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until topping is golden. Cool 5 minutes and serve warm.
Notes
Extra cheddar on top adds cheesiness. Can swap vegetables to preference.
