- Mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape meat into balls and insert a cube of cheddar in the center.
- Wrap each ball with 1–2 slices of bacon.
- Brush lightly with BBQ sauce and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 25–30 minutes, brushing again halfway through.
- Broil 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
