Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 6 sticks mozzarella cheese halved
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Divide dough and stuff with cheese.
  2. Shape into knots and place on baking sheet.
  3. Bake until golden brown.
  4. Brush with garlic butter and serve warm.

Notes

Seal dough completely to prevent cheese leaks.
