- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain.
- Add onions, garlic powder, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper; cook to blend flavors.
- Stir in cheese until melted, then add pickles and cool mixture slightly.
- Place filling into egg roll wrappers and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry eggrolls for 3–4 minutes until golden.
- Drain and serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
Add bacon for extra flavor or air fry for a lighter version.
