Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup pickles chopped
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
Assembly
  • 12-14 egg roll wrappers
  • water for sealing
Frying
  • oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain.
  2. Add onions, garlic powder, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper; cook to blend flavors.
  3. Stir in cheese until melted, then add pickles and cool mixture slightly.
  4. Place filling into egg roll wrappers and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
  5. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry eggrolls for 3–4 minutes until golden.
  6. Drain and serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

Add bacon for extra flavor or air fry for a lighter version.
