Soup
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups broth chicken or beef

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef and set aside.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in butter.
  3. Stir in flour, then whisk in broth and milk.
